Pages and numbers documents grayed out after last update Files on pages on my iPad Air now lost

We can see why you’d want this taken care of, so let us help from here! We’d like you to check a couple of things for us so we can get a better idea of what might be causing this and see about resolving it with you.

First, are you opening these apps in the Files app, or in Pages / Numbers programs themselves? Also, if you go to the iCloud website and log in there, are you able to see and open your files? Is your iPad backed up completely to iTunes/Finder or to iCloud?
