Apple music glitch

Apple music will not let me skip ahead to a different part of a song. Whenever I advance the song forward, it immediately skips to the next song in the queue.

Multiple malfunctions in editing playlist in Apple Music Whiling editing the same playlist, and in the same edit session, moving songs up and down starts malfunctioning. The song being moved does not show in the new row. Instead, the song underneath it shows twice. Add music option does not show after a few edit/done operations. when the above happen, adding songs externally does not work, either.

Apple Music Song Skipping This issue started a few weeks ago, but when I go to apple music and play a playlist, it is only playing a handful of songs and is skipping the rest of them. They are all downloaded and in my account but it seems that only my super recent songs and some other random songs are playing while the others are just skipped over.
