Beats Studio 3 - Soft plastic scratches
My Beats Studio 3 - Soft plastic scratches easily without ever falling on the floor, no scratches, I've always taken care of it... Is it possible to change this plastic part? I don't have Apple coverage

Those are not scratches they are cracked and they had to be done with some type of force. If you didn’t crack them someone else did. Click on the Get Support link on the top right of this page to start the service process with Apple Support.

Thanks for replying... I asked the same thing to my teenager children's and they told me they didn't use my Beats.
My husband uses Bose's headphones and doesn't touch apple because he hates it. So I think it's going to be a mystery to me...
Hmmm, I am curious: your children always and unfailingly tell the truth?
