New ipad
My new iPad has downloaded but most of my apps will not open. There seems to be a problem with them stuck in the cloud.

Hi mimipareira, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.
Apps will not open until they have fully downloaded. It can also take some time to download all the apps depending on how many apps you have.
You can also go to the App Store and tap on your profile to see the status of downloads.
