Apple Analytics will not remain unchecked

I was following another thread in regard to speeding up my internet in wifi. I still remain with slow internet speeds even after trying everything in that thread on how to fix it (new network location, turn off bluetooth, removal of VPN, reset VRAM, unchecking Apple Analytics, etc).

Something I did notice is there is a bug with the Apple Analytics within System Preferences Privacy and Security Pane. When I uncheck the option for Apple Analytics and re-lock by pressing the lock icon in the lower left corner, after rebooting the computer the option is checked again for Apple Analytics. Its like unchecking the box does nothing because upon reboot it is checked again.

Any thoughts?

Hello P. Philips and thank you for your response. My screen does not look the same as yours because I do not have the allow user to reset… I have taken a series of screenshots that you will see below. All images contain timestamps. The first four images are before the reboot of the computer displaying an up-to-date system, current administrative privileges, Apple Analytics checked boxes, & Apple Analytics unchecked boxes. The last image is after the reboot which displays the Apple Analytics boxes checked again.

Just tried what you have outlined above regarding " Apple Analytics ". Uncheck, relocked and restarted computer and the unchecked " Apple Analytics " was still unchecked.

Refer to below picture. Is this computer setup the same " Allow user to reset . . . . " and " Allow user to Admin . . . . "
