I have an iphone se 2020. Brand new phone I've had it a week. When I download an audio book from Audible it takes hours and I have to keep the phone awake or it stops. Why does it take so long and is there anyway I can speed it up?

During download, set Auto-Lock to Never.
Thank you for the reply. Its not the network that is working fine. We are thinking that because the app was transferred from an android phone that its not working on ios properly so I will reinstall the app thru ios and see if that works
