Error: we do not have enough information to reset your security questions!

Hello

I have a problem

After entering the Apple ID and Password and selecting the Reset Security Question option

"Reset email security question link" not seen, but I get this message:

"Security questions can not be reset, we do not have enough information to reset your security questions!

what should I do?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

You need to set up two-factor authentication or contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.
