Why is this no allowing me to add my card?

The Apple wallet is not allow me to add my card. Can you assist?

If you follow the steps and it still doesn’t work, it’s usually a problem with your card issuer.

Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet - iPhone 14 Pro I’ve just changed my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro. When trying to add my debit card to the wallet it says “unable to add card” I previously used the same card with my previous phone and watch for Apple Pay with no issues. Apple said to contact my bank, contacted my bank, they said to contact Apple. The phone is up to date with the latest software and has a strong wifi connection. Ive tried adding the card several times, signed out of my Apple ID and then back in again, restarted iPhone to no avail. Has anyone else had the same problem?
