The Breathe app is still missing after restarts

I have restarted my Apple Watch and IPhone at the same time to restore the Breathe app.

iIt didn’t work. I have the HeartWatch app controlling/measuring respiration during sleep. Is this other app causing the disappearance of the Breathe app? .
