Open the Calendar App, tap on "Calendars" at the bottom, and delete any calendar you no longer wish to be subscribed to by tapping on the (i) icon next to its name, and then on the "Delete Calendar" option. This will stop all notices from it.

You an also silence a calendar by turning off the "Event Alerts" switch for it.
