Ipad Pro 12.9”, 2021, 512GB - when streaming video (Youtube, Disney+, Prime, etc), there a lots of pauses of 1-5 seconds. I call it stuttering. Happens on different wifi networks, all of which test out to 25-50 Mbps. Have restarted the Ipad, turned wifi off and back on. Backed up and restored the Ipad. Looking for other things to try.

Decided to check something. I have been using some JLAB wireless earbuds. Decided to use some wired earbuds via adapter and another brand of wireless buds. Lo and behold there is a definition correlation to the issue occurring with the JLAB earbuds.

This has been happening while using three different ISPs. I wish there was a diagnostic I could run to check for hardware issues. I keep trying to be aware of what is happening when this issue emerges to look for a pattern.
