For the love of God, can anyone help me with this? I’ve tried everything…. Everything… even contacted Apple support and they told me this was normal. This only started after I updated my iOS to 15. Sometimes I will tap the image and it will say it is downloading but it never does, other times after I tap to download I get a blank image with a “?” Most of the time nothing happens at all. Has anyone been able to solve this?

Same here dude still a issue in 2022 smh nothing works
And yea it only happened when I updated to ios15 I factory reseted my phone and it worked for ab a month then it came back
