I checked it was production date 7/7/2021 it mean his age 6 months so in normal situation could still with warranty .. iPhone was new battery 100 but there out warranty and purshased date 1978 ?? Don’t iPhone come from apple without warranty the they do it like or apple at first make this situation

OK. That narrows things down a bit if you can find the manufacturing date through some tool like coconutBattery.

There are a lot of things that could have happened - especially gray market (imported through unauthorized channels) or it was sold to use slightly used. I don't know if you'll be able to point to the manufacturing date though as proof that it's still under warranty.

Apple considers the warranty to start upon the first retail purchase from an authorized seller. But if there's any problem with the registered date, the purchase date from an original receipt from an authorized seller is supposed to be the definitive start of the warranty. This doesn't specifically say that the warranty transfers, but I believe that it should.

Legal - iOS Warranty Document Us - Apple
Apple Inc. of One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, California, U.S.A. 95014 (“Apple”) warrants the Apple-branded iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV or HomePod hardware product and the Apple-branded accessories contained in the original packaging (“Apple Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Apple’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

The other thing to look for would be if it was "gray market" where it was originally obtained in another country and then imported to another one. Apple places extreme limitations on servicing iPhones (under warranty or not) that were sold for distribution in another country.

So thank you for useful answer
but there any way to resolve this date and change to his original date activation

Unless you can find the original receipt from the first retail purchase - probably not. Other than that, we've got no answer for how you can handle just getting that changed.

Also - the label on the photo you posted indicates that it's a use USA model iPhone. Getting warranty service (or most out of warranty service from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider) on that would typically require physically taking it to the United States.

No idea. No idea where you're seeing that

2-why there no warranty even production date was 7/2021and battery life 100 ? There any problems in this iPhone to put it like 1978?
3-there any why to remove this 1978?

2 and 3 are impossible for us to answer since we have no idea what you actually have.

Where, exactly, did you get this phone?

What is the model number in Settings>General>About?

What did Apple support say when you called and asked them about it?

What's your location (country)? Perhaps you can provide the model number. There should be two. Just check on Settings > General > About (or the equivalent in a different language) and look at Model Number. There should be something like MN8J2LL/A and if you tap on that you should get a different model number such as A1660.

As for why it was sold without a warranty, it could one of several things. It could be used, or it could have been purchased at retail and then stored. There are unauthorized resellers that do this. However, Apple devices that are resold will still have the remainder of the warranty from the original retail purchase date.

A lot of devices coming from America are within the warranty, but there are phones like AS IS that are inside America without warranty ،
And about model number it correct it start with 4 or 5 number not just this phone

I'm making a distinction between warranty expiration and warranty acceptance. The ability to get warranty service generally doesn't exist for iPhones in other countries other than the original country of distribution. Here is the US warranty, although these terms are identical in Apple Warranties around the world.

Legal - iOS Warranty Document Us - Apple
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV and HOMEPOD SERVICE.
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

I don't know what to say about the model number other than M is supposed to represent a new device. N means replacement and R mean retail refurbished. There was another one for a personalized device, but Apple no longer does that.

It’s illegal iPhones like another’s normal iPhone? I don’t know if there is a seller who is not approved by Apple, so where do they get these products from? My phone is working fine but this information about the phone is worrying for me

Illegal is such a strong term. Most would call that gray market. For instance, I've known people who bought iPhones in the United States for use in India, China, or Brazil. That's not specifically illegal, but Apple doesn't specifically support them other than allowing access to iOS updates and access to the App Store. There seems to be a lot of demand for USA iPhones worldwide because they can be purchased unlocked and "SIM free" which isn't an option in many countries even where Apple directly sells.

There are some countries where Apple sells directly, but in many countries around the world it's only through a network of "Apple Authorized Resellers". There are also some countries where Apple only has distribution via wholesale distributors who choose who can sell.

Also - the model number on that sticker is incorrect. A new USA unlocked iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue should be model number MGLR3LL/A. But it would be sold directly from Apple at the retail level.

What country are you (and I assume the store) located in?

some people said me it ASIS iPhone sold without warranty
but not understanding what is ASIS mean

We are unfamiliar with what ASIS is. Is it a cellular service provider like (some examples) AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or Vodafone? That was my first thought. I get that you may know what it means, but it's not something that most people reading here would understand.
