How to backup disabled Iphone?

Does anybody know how to backup my disabled iPhone? I can't connect to iTunes because the iPhone cannot connect the accessory (cable)

You cannot. Once the device is disabled, the data is no longer available. You will have to restore the phone to get it working again, and then restore to your last backup. This is why you need to ensure you are doing regular backups. Sorry.

Could you describe "disabled"?

Are you having problems with any cable, or just one that doesn't seem to work? I only say that because some third party cables just don't work and an Apple OEM or "Made for iPhone/iPad/iPod" cable will work. There doesn't appear to be any way to perform a backup through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to a PC or Mac. If you can't connect anything through the Lightning port, the only way to back up may be via iCloud.
