Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Sounds like you're running into an issue when trying to use the Music app on your iPhone, is that right?
You can troubleshoot this by closing out the app completely using the steps here: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
You can also Restart your iPhone.
