picsart subscription charge- false advertising/fraud?

i was making something on picsart but couldn’t save it because i wouldve needed to buy the gold subscription. the “yearly” option which is 79.99 a year popped up and it said i wouldn’t be charged if i cancelled the subscription before the free 7 day trial ended. i’ve done this before and it worked every time- i would buy a (cheaper) subscription, save whatever i was making, then unsubscribe the same day and not get charged.

i clicked ok and bought the yearly subscription not thinking much assuming i wouldn’t be charged. 6 hours later i get a receipt from apple charging me??? i requested a refund and had to use the “fraud” option (which i’m pretty sure it is) as my reasoning, it wouldn’t let me request a refund any other way because it says the purchase doesn’t have a receipt but it does. has anyone else dealt with this and if so did you get refunded?
