iPad Pro battery replacement
my iPad Pro is having trouble charging. Is it my battery? Can it be replaced?

Try a different charger. Try Force restart iPad – Apple Support (UK). Try ensuring that your charging port, and charging cable have clean connections. You may want to try to gently remove dust with something like a cotton wool bud.
If the issues still persist, after trying the above, yes it may be your battery, and it can be replaced, take your iPad to an Apple Store, and see what they have to say about it.
