Apple Pay and AIB app not working

Hi -‘I’ve recently upgraded to iPhone pro max. I had back up from old phone and did full set up

including passcodes for my cards on Apple Pay. I then updated to IOS15.2 and my apple

pay will not work. I added a re card from Revolut and that is not working either I have include the message I am getting when I doublE click to pay
