ipad is locked. Can't recover password
I gave my old iPad to my mom years ago and got her an Apple ID. Now her iPad is locked. She does not remember her password or security questions. How can I help her access the device again?

Go to an Apple Store and show them proof of purchase.
In future, you need to write these details down, and store them in a safe place, if you know that you’re forgetful.
