How can I set time,day and time on my iPhone Home Screen.

The only place to see the large font Time with the date below it is on the Lock Screen. You cannot see it in that manner similar to an Android device on the iPhone. You can provide feedback to Apple regarding a change you would like to see, a change you didn’t like, or report a bug, then use the feedback link here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple

This wasn’t the reply I was expecting with regards to my query.The phone does show me the date and time on the top bar.I wanted the date and time to be shown on the home screen just like in an android phone.The similar way as it shows on the lock screen.
