I got a new device and I backed up the old one through iCloud. When asked to backup keychain I selected yes. When I restored the new device through iCloud, everything transferred besides my keychain passwords. I’ve lost everything and don’t know how to get it back. I only backed up with iCloud and the old device was reset to factory settings and returned to Verizon.

From our understanding, your Keychain password did not transfer when performing a restoration to new device. We can certainly understand your concern and can help provide some insight.
