Coverage Expired BUG?

Hello, I use a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max and after update to iOS 15.2.1(yesterday), today I open settings to check some settings and when I open About section, there it show me “Coverage Expired”. Brand new phone activated ~2 weeks ago by me. What to do? Thanks and sorry for my bad English

Go to this website and enter your serial number. Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support. While it should show your warranty date, since it would be difficult for an iPhone 13 Pro Max to have expired coverage if new, is possible that your device was a device that was supposed to be returned and wasn't, then sold. Did you purchase directly from Apple or an Authorized Apple Reseller?

Who knows where this individual acquired this phone. Just because it was shrink wrapped does not mean anything. Anyone can shrink wrap a box. If you wish to verify a correct reading of your warranty coverage, contact Apple Support using the Get Support link at the top of the page here and make sure you have your serial number ready. If you checked your coverage using the link I provided and you still received the error, then you need to contact Apple Support.

Ok bro, I checked Serial many times and there show me that: “We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us.”

I spoke last night with someone fron Apple Support and he doesn’t understand why the serial number is changed. He give me another serial and it is valid but not Activated phone.

I’ve bought it from someone. He has a gsm store I don’t know if it is Authorized Apple or not. But the box was has been sealed everything was ok, I checked IMEI/Serial ( No problems ), I activate activated it (also no problems no messages) I use it 2 weeks, update from iOS 15 to 15.1; 15.2 (No Problems) and 2 days ago after update to 15.2.1 it show me Coverage Expired, I checked again Serial/IMEI and is invalid. Is that a bug or?
