For ALL callers. Simple on Android there's 7,450,212 apps that will do it.

WHY DOESN'T APPLE HAVE ANY?

It's a work phone and I need it to ring anytime but turn off notifications for texts, emails, and Chime. NOT from a single group as anyone at the facility can call. Any call, any time, while the other alerts are silenced while sleeping. Then turn all of it back on when awake.

How? Where? What? Is Android the only actual smart phone??
