Open purchased book on kindle in ipad

Can I first suggest that you update to the latest iPadOS (if you have not done this already) as updates can help resolve some problems. The following link can help you: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204204

Can I also suggest your restart your iPad as that sometimes resolves bugs and issues as follows:

I did also notice you may be using an iPad Air with IOS12 and as such you may not be able to update which you can check in the following link: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201222

If that is the case your Kindle app may not be able to open it anymore. Incidentally I have Kindle 6.49 on my iPad.

Therefore, I can suggest two more ways to attempt to resolve your issue:

• Delete the Kindle app and reinstall it to see if that resolves the issue.
• Consider downloading another eBook reader (if available) that can open your eBook, or

Unfortunately you may need to think about upgrading your iPad.

You are also able to contact Apple Support of the issue persists.

You can do this as follows:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
• Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.

Try this: Open Kindle app> Sync ( under more on bottom right-hand side. Next go to Library and make sure it’s downloaded. Try opening kindle book. If no go than maybe delete Kindle App and reinstall. Some Kindle books have a limit on how many devices you can download a book. If no go than contact Amazon Support.
