Add device to account

How do I add a new device to my account? When I say new I mean my daughter's phone which was on my account but got accidentally deleted from my account

See the 'Add a device to the list' section. You may have to sign out, restart, and sign back in.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.
