My iPhone is disabled how can I connect to iTunes ?

On the screen of my iPhone XS Max it says (iPhone is disabled ) connect to iTunes what should I do?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
