I need access to my old iCloud on my old iPhone 12 Pro Max that was reported lost/stolen on Jan 4th around 5pm thank you

Sign into Settings/Your Name using the same Apple ID that you used on the lost phone, then go to iCloud, and set up the desired syncing.
