Alexa app does not open. Amazon app does not open. Had Amazon app on same phone for 2 years. After Christmas, it starts saying No Internet connection. Alexa app downloaded in January. Worked for 2 weeks, now, no connection. Both apps still work on my iPad. Amazon says it's my phone.
