Ive been hacked

I am hacked. I just went to screen time to disabled app clips. Safari disappeared from my home screen and library before my eyes. Also had glitches while signing up. Open windows disappeared before my eyes. Safari showed back up. I was able to sign in with Face ID which was somehow disabled for a long time. I had to be quick though to keep from being redirected to another form where I would have had to manually enter Apple ID etc How do I clear these hackers. They have me hooked to a computer…. I think family shared. Hold my iTunes I’d and password and roku emails screen mirroring doesn’t work. Where do I start with these assholes? Also they have my network access to snail mail and vehicle too! I need to clear up an old aol account that is somehow redirected to youmail or was and now is somewhere else. How do I start? Is this Mac the culprit and why does it have iPhone, iPhone 11 Pro Max? Is that two phones?

I know I’m not supposed to give out private information. I don’t! This is going on my 12th year of being “under surveillance” and I don’t care anymore about who knows my name or my email. I need help from this apple community since I have tried apple stores directly and tech support via phone and computer (which I always get cut off/dropped call while on my cell or on computer (lose internet) and if I’m on a landline trying to change my iTunes password from 12 years ago I get blocked (even when on the line with a tech support agent) and get an email to set up a “certain” time 3-7 days from later. This has happened three times in the last 18 months and I still haven’t had access to or been able to change my iTunes password. It’s just weird. Can an apple employee or other corrupted officer be involved?

By hack, if you mean remotely controlling your device, then...

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
  5. Beware of Phishing

In 2010 my iPhone disappeared for 48 hours. I noticed my location in google maps flashed the blue icon for a split second in the Minnesota area (I think) and then to my actual location here in Florida. My phones, as I traded in over the years, have been hacked ever since. I’ve literally had people stand next to me and hold another device above my head and then hack the new phone I just purchased. Jailbreak, I just did a quick read up and it looks like a few of my issues. How can they do this? An outlet? Charger in car corrupted? In my house? They break in at will to both my vehicles and home. Idk where to start. See below pictures with greyed out area on my phone that I cannot access. Some beta private relay, hiding my email, family sharing I didn’t authorize, and everything that I can access just spins without ever loading content

Btw: thank you for your response. And yes remotely controlled is more of an accurate term. But I set up guided access at an apple store in New Jersey with this another new email and password for that. I’ll go back and mess with it since it was “off” and hopefully start clearing up areas of my device.

do you know what private relay is and how to restore my email?
