My phone tells others that I have notifications silenced, when I do not. I do not have any focus settings on, Do Not Disturb is off. When I took it to a tech?m, they had concerns that it was an update issue.

Apple tech team called me and went virtually through my phone with me and were unable to resolve it. They shared that it is a known issue with a few workarounds, but there are users’ iClouds that it’s doing it to. I got a new phone thinking it was the phone, but it’s still happening. Glitch from latest update for some users not others. They’re working on a fix but no eta.

I have deleted all devices, aside from my most recent phone that this issue started on. It won’t allow me to post any photos on here, but all of the settings for do not disturb and focus are off.
