Not installed on Apple Watch walkie-talkie. When they try to download and install on the phone, it says "This application can only be installed on the Apple Watch." When I go to the App Store on my watch, I try to download the application, it says "iPhone is required".

I've just checked and walkie talkie is on the phone app store,search for Apple Walkie Talkie.

And don't forget walkie talkie isn't available in some regions.
Also Facetime is required as walkie talkie uses facetime audio.
