Hi Splitscreenmini, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.
If i have interpreted your post correctly, you are wanting to disable (remove) Split Screen from the iPad which is used by pressing the three dots.
Split Screen was a multitasking feature in IOS10 and continues in iPadOS15.

However, at this time, there is no way to disable Split Screen.
