I am trying to restore to my new iPhone 13 Max

I purchased recently iphone pro max while i was trying to activate all data copied my old information to my lap through itunes, now i am trying to restore to my new iphone 13 max but its saying your new phone not matchup the iOs, how can i setup new ios ?

This happens when the backup is on a higher iOS version than the iPhone. Were you a Beta tester? If you were, that would mean your backup is at a higher version that the phone currently supports and the backup won't be able to be restored to the phone until iOS catches up to the level you made on your previous iPhone.
