How can I change the default formatting in Notes?

I would like to start all new notes with the Title, Heading, Subheading, Body, and list styles set up with a particular Font, size, and color for each by default. Is there a way to modify the default formatting, or do I have to do this manually every time I create a new note? (I'm using MacOS Monterey)
