Help! Cannot verify server identity error message pop up

My work changed our email to 365 Outlook. I had my email from a book mark. Ever since the switch I get an error that constantly pops up on my phone and the book mark has been deleted. The error message is " CANNOT VERIFY SERVER IDENTITY THE IDENTITY 'CITYWEBEMAIL.CI.FAYETTEVILLE.NC.US CANNOT BE VERIFIED" Its so annoying because its constantly popping up. I don't have anything of the email on my phone anymore. I was never set up in the actual emails but just a book mark. I have turned my phone off and even reset all settings which was annoying enough and i am still getting the error message. Help please! My phone is the iPhone 12 pro max.

Well I figured it out. I went to email accounts and it was showing 10 accounts but I don’t have 10 accounts. Apparently I shared my old email calendar with my phone. I have deleted it and BAM! Fixed!!! Thanks!!!

Hello amacias383,

After reviewing your post, it seems like you are receiving an error message that it cannot verify the server. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting to solve this issue. Take a look in the Settings App and see if there are any Mail Accounts added.

Are any configuration profiles installed on the iPhone?

"Settings  > General > Profiles & Device Management. "

Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone
