iPhone Developer Program - Enrollment ID?

I just recently enrolled for the iPhone Developer Program as I have an app I would like to distribute on the iTunes App Store. Shortly after enrolling, I received an activation email from Apple telling me that my credit card and enrollment info did not match. To the point, I know have to fax them (Apple) a form with a government issued photo ID, email address, and Enrollment ID, here lies my problem - I have no idea where to find my enrollment ID.
Any help would be immensely appreciated.
