how do i add cycle tracking to my daughter's iwatch

My daughter deleted the health app from her watch - controlled through my phone. how do i add it back and also turn on cycle tracking on the watch?

Apple Watch SE (2022) Sleep Tracker doesn’t work Hello, My watch that I got two days ago does not track my sleep cycles but only when I was asleep based on the already provided time intervals. In the Health app however under my profile > privacy > devices > Apple Watch - it doesn’t mentioned sleep tracking at all but everything else is there. Health App > Browse > Sleep > Data Sources & Access - the Apple Watch is not there at all and I have no option to add it. As far as I’ve read online this should be the issue but can’t seem to find how to solve it. Would someone be able to help? Thank you!
