My wallet app won’t open up at all I want to set it up every time I open the app it’s Blank

If your Wallet app is frozen or blank you need to:

Update to the latest iOS version.
Force close the app (How to force an app to close - Apple Support),
Sign out of your Apple ID
Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support)
Sign back into your Apple ID
