Password issues
I can't seem to log into my iPad. It keeps saying it's having issues connecting to the server when I try to reset my password

A common reason for not being able to connect to the server is the WiFi network.

You can do this as follows:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
- Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
