I am trying to insert a new SIM card (Freedom). But this phone do not support that SIM . Please help me to unlock my previous SIM

If your phone is carrier locked by your previous carrier, you’ll need to ask them to unlock it for you.
iPhone supports nano-Sims and eSims.
