Will Target Display Mode work for viewing a Windows 10 laptop on my Late-2013 Imac screen (Thunderbolt port on the Imac, HDMI and Display Port on the laptop) ?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

No, the Late 2013 iMac will not work as a display for a PC.
