Hello i submitted my beats pill for my recall and have not been contacted for my reimbursement.

It says “We will send you a postage paid box so you can return your Pill XL speaker to us. Once we receive it, your Apple Store credit or electronic payment will be processed within approximately 3 weeks”

Depending on which method of reimbursement you chose “If you choose an Apple Store credit, it will be provided via email and may be used in the Apple Store or an Apple Retail Store.
If you choose electronic payment, it will be issued directly to your bank account.”
It’s a bit early yet, considering you sent it during the Christmas parcel backlog. Give it another week or two. And this only applies to the large Beats Pill XL
