Facebook nor Messenger are not listed under Location Services. Why? Instagram and what’s app are listed under Location Services. What coding is Facebook/Messenger inputting into their software to not show up on the location listing?
Hi there! So I have been having this same issue and I fixed it by going to the check in option where you make a status, and it asked me if I would like Facebook to use my location! Now Facebook is under my location services in settings. I hope this works for y’all.

I have deleted and redownloaded multiple times, turned phone on and off multiple times. But Facebook is still not showing up under location services.
Hi Megan, I have exactly same problem and I’m going nuts, I’ve done all even erase my phone, deleted all apps downloaded again and guess what nothing! Did you fixed this? If so how?? 😩
This feature is only available in the Facebook app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

I have the same problem! I can’t turn location on, there is no option for that.
Delete and re-download FaceBook and Messenger
me too! deleted the app, cleared the cache, toggled the on off location services switch, reinstalled the app… zilch!
