I'm not sure how the spellcheck program works, but if flabbergasted is recognized as a valid word, and spellcheck recognizes that flabergasted isnt, shouldnt it suggest the correct spelling since there's no word even close to the same spelling?
I just typed "flabergasted" in the reply box and spell check flagged it as wrong spelling and gave option to correct. I am using Chrome browser. Also, I just typed flabergasted in Safari and it again flagged it.
This says that correct spelling is flabbergasted.
I'm flabbergasted that you would ask such a question.
When composing this response, "flabergasted "was flagged (red underline) as incorrect and "flabbergasted was suggested.
