For some reason my Apple Watch SE will send me stand alerts and texts while in the sleep mode. This is very annoying at night while sleeping. Love the sleep tracking feature but why are messages and notifications coming through?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. Start by checking your Focus for Sleep using the following link and make sure certain notifications are not allowed to come through when using the feature:
Be sure to check the Wind Down time as well. You can see info on that under “Change or add a sleep schedule” from this article:
