Cannot connect to upgrade iCloud storage?

If you're being prompted to upgrade your iCloud storage first, follow the steps in the section, "Upgrade to iCloud+ from any device" in Upgrade to iCloud+. You may be getting this message if there's limited room in your current iCloud storage. 

If the issue remains after following the above advice, let us know what steps you had a chance to try.
