MacBook hacked /remote access

All my devices MacBook Air x2, and iPhone, iPad and tv and possible everything with a wifi or connectivity. Before I get told the basic trouble shoot, I’ve done them all. Called apple, gone to the store no results. Reinstalled Mac OS 50+ times same results after a few hours. I also call Mac and all my calls get intercepted once I start giving direct info. I start a chat and it ends abruptly and a picture of myself gets send to me through the chat asking to do a survey.

I would like to know how to wipe everything no back up no prebook no nothing just a shell and get all new installs.

yestersy was the latest install and I saw these activities my from console. Mind you the system was already up and running.

these are the files that are still there after I’ve supposedly deleted everything
