when connect my apple watch ton my iPhone mobile only notifications' sound come in watch only and the mutated on mobile

how can I get notifications on both in same time?

Notifications through iPhone and Apple Watch I have an iPhone 13 and an Apple Watch Series 7. At night I set my iPhone to do not disturb, which also automatically sets my watch to do not disturb. I have an exemption for one app, my baby monitor app, to allow notifications. This app makes a tweeting noise when there is a notification. For some reason though when there is a notification its pinging through my watch very quietly and I can't hear it while I'm sleeping. The ringer on my phone is on and the ringer volume is all the way up. How do I get the notification to come through on my phone instead of my watch?
