is my bluebolt wireless charger safe say it works with any Qi-enabled smart-devices.

I was told I had to have a magforce wireless charger but my blubolt wireless charger says it is compatable with Iphone 13

You can use either a MagSafe charger or a Qi charger with your iPhone 13. See the following from iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini - Technical Specifications - Apple


Both models:

  • Built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery
  • MagSafe wireless charging up to 15W13
  • Qi wireless charging up to 7.5W13
  • Charging via USB to computer system or power adapter
  • Fast-charge capable: Up to 50% charge in 30 minutes14 with 20W adapter or higher (available separately)
