iPhone 13 pro max not working with uconnect

I am trying to pair my iPhone 13 pro max with my 2013 Chrysler 300. This has the Uconnect system. Whenever I try to pair it says Uconnect is not supported. Could this be a hands free module issue?

You need to contact Chrysler for support with their system.
